Crude Life

A few weeks ago, we had the honor of hosting Jason Spiess for a Living The Crude Life Live Recording Session in our Training Center.

The special safety topic for the live recording was “Regulations Gone Wild or The New Normal”

Weld County is the Colorado’s largest oil producing county and has been a recent hot bed of new regulations in oil and gas production. As oilfield production slowly increases, it is important for industry leaders to be aware of new government regulations and procedures. Listen as Bill Jerke, Dennis Pungitore, and Tonya Van Beber share their thoughts on who wins and loses from new oil and gas regulations. They spent time discussing the effects of proposed regulations like the failed Proposition 112 and revamped Colorado Senate Bill 181.

Check out Living the Crude Life’s LIVE recording from our Training Center.

The event also served as an opportunity for oilfield leaders to come together and network with one another. Our leadership team had the opportunity to connect with safety professionals and share how we participate in the oil and gas regulation discussion. To learn more about all things safety, subscribe to our email newsletter and follow Becker Safety and Supply on social media.
